This Cookie Policy explains how Kaizen ("we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, in connection with the Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies Required for services you request and for security — for example, maintaining a login or checkout session and helping to prevent fraud. Consent isn't required for cookies that are strictly necessary, but they should still be listed accurately in the final cookie inventory.
Functionality cookies If used, these remember optional choices across visits. Any functionality cookie that isn't strictly necessary will only be set after the visitor has consented.
Analytics and marketing cookies The current prototype does not intentionally use analytics tools or advertising pixels. This statement must be rechecked against the final hosting, embedded media, form, checkout, and course-platform configuration before launch. If non-essential cookies are added, we'll provide clear information and obtain consent before setting them.
Cookies set by third parties
Some cookies are set by services we use to run this site, not by us directly:
- Systeme.io — our checkout and course-hosting platform, sets cookies needed for login, checkout, and course delivery
- Stripe — our payment processor, sets cookies needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud
We don't control these third-party cookies directly, but we remain responsible for giving visitors accurate information about cookies used through our site. The final policy should include a cookie table naming each cookie, provider, purpose, duration, and category after the live configuration has been audited.
How to control cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is being set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, including checkout, from working properly.
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we'll add a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they're set, in line with UK GDPR and PECR requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
