Legal basis
We process your data under UK GDPR on the basis of contract (to deliver what you've purchased), consent (launch updates and marketing), legal obligation (including tax and accounting records), and legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, and proportionate service improvement). Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and freedoms.

Support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or a related legal claim. We then delete or anonymise the information securely.
