30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the course isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason. This contractual guarantee is additional to, and doesn't replace, your statutory consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Email contact@kaizen-hq.org with your order details (name and order/purchase confirmation). Once approved, we'll initiate the refund to your original payment method promptly. Your bank or payment provider may then take additional time to display it; a typical estimate is 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

Once refunded, your access to the course platform and any remaining 1-1 sessions will be closed.

After 30 days

The contractual 30-day money-back guarantee ends after 30 days. This doesn't limit any statutory remedy that may apply if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Immediate access and cancellation rights

Digital content is normally subject to a 14-day cancellation period. If you ask for access to begin immediately, checkout should obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right is lost once supply begins. The separate 30-day money-back guarantee above will still apply on its stated terms.

1-1 Sessions

1-1 sessions with Racquel are booked and paid for separately from the course and are not covered by this course guarantee. The booking page must explain any applicable statutory cancellation right before purchase. Subject to those rights, if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend 24 hours or less before a booked session, the session fee is not refundable. Requests made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or cancelled under the terms shown at booking.
