Last updated: 10 July 2026

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Dealing With Past Baggage (the "Course"), provided by Kaizen ("we," "us"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Course

Dealing With Past Baggage is a self-paced, pre-recorded online course covering psychological and personal-development content, available for a one-time payment of £295. 1-1 sessions with Racquel Phillips are available as a separate, optional purchase; booking details are provided inside the course.

The description, included materials, price, compatibility information, and any technical requirements shown at checkout form part of the contract. Please review them before purchasing.

2. Not a substitute for therapy

This Course is for self-development and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. See the Disclaimer on the course page for full detail.

3. Access

On successful payment, you'll receive access instructions by email. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Kaizen continues to operate and make this version of the Course available on its platform. It doesn't guarantee that a particular platform or delivery method will exist indefinitely. If we plan to withdraw the Course, we'll take reasonable steps to give enrolled customers notice and an opportunity to download any materials intended to be downloadable.

Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share account credentials, resell, copy, or redistribute the course materials except where the law permits.

4. Payment

Course fees are shown in GBP and are payable in full at the point of enrolment via our checkout provider (Systeme.io).

Before the order is placed, checkout will identify the total price and the payment obligation. The purchase confirmation and these Terms should be supplied on a durable medium, such as email.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full detail. In summary: you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

If you request immediate access to digital content during a statutory cancellation period, checkout will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the effect on your statutory cancellation right. Our separate 30-day guarantee and your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

6. 1-1 Sessions (optional, separate purchase)

1-1 sessions with Racquel Phillips are booked and paid for separately from the course, at the price and terms shown at the time of booking. Booking details are provided inside the course. Cancelling, rescheduling, or not showing up 24 hours or less before a booked session means that session is not eligible for a refund — see our Refund Policy for full detail.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, workbooks, and materials, is owned by Kaizen and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide accurate, helpful content, but we don't promise a specific personal outcome, as results depend on individual circumstances and engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

9. Changes to the course

We may update or improve course content over time. Enrolled students receive access to future updates at no extra cost, as stated on the course page. We won't make changes that materially reduce the Course you purchased without a valid reason and reasonable notice, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and retain any mandatory protections of the law that applies to you.

11. Statutory rights

You have statutory rights in relation to digital content and services. Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy removes or reduces those rights.
